The 12 Pillars is a volunteer mentorship program guiding community members from Pebble to Pillar—from beginner to mastery—through wisdom, experience, structure, and service. Experienced mentors shape specialized learning paths that help participants build practical skills, confidence, character, accountability, and the mindset to move forward with excellence, while giving knowledge and guidance back to the community.
