This phase introduces pain alongside restricted movement. Extending limbs or performing basic motions within their full range triggers discomfort. Pain is commonly felt in joints, the back, shoulders, neck, hips, and knees—key areas that provide structural support. Poor posture feels more comfortable than attempting to align properly, and compensatory movements or activity avoidance become the norm. Weight-bearing tasks result in weakness, fatigue, or strain, and workouts lead to excessive soreness due to improper movement patterns. Breathing is shallow or restricted, and even simple activities are limited by caution and discomfort.

SEVERE LIMITED RANGE OF MOTION?

In this advanced phase, movement is severely restricted and often avoided entirely due to persistent or intense pain. Proper posture is nearly impossible to achieve, and attempting to align results in pain, restricted breathing, and exhaustion. Structural imbalances in the back, knees, hips, neck, and shoulders become pronounced, often leading to visible misalignment or deformation. Everyday activities feel burdensome, and the pain or discomfort becomes a constant or recurring presence. At this stage, life is heavily impacted by physical limitations, leading to reduced activity, avoidance of movement, and an inability to live a normal, pain-free life.

Session Details

We offer two types of sessions tailored to meet your needs:

1. Fix-It Sessions

  • Duration: 2 hours (2 hours of applied techniques)

  • Focus: These sessions target the issues causing pain and limited range of motion (LRoM) in any phase. Using the four foundational techniques, we work to rebalance your body and guide you toward a stronger, pain-free state.

2. Fix-It/Understand Sessions

  • Duration: 3 hours (2 hours of applied techniques, 1 hour of education)

  • Focus: These sessions combine rebalancing techniques with in-depth education. You’ll gain a clear understanding of your body’s challenges and learn how to care for it moving forward. This knowledge empowers you to maintain balance, prevent future issues, and sustain the progress made during the program.
